What's the deal?
For every T-shirt you buy, a tree will be planted. Ban T-shirts makes a donation equivalent to the cost of planting a tree to Trees For The Future for every T-shirt you buy.
What do I need to do?
Nothing - you buy the tees, we do the rest. At the end of every month we make a donation to Trees for the Future
equivalent to the number of T-shirts that have been bought. So if a hundred shirts were sold, one hundred trees will be planted. If a thousand T-shirts were sold, then Trees for the Future would plant one thousand trees on our behalf.
Who are Trees for the Future?
Trees for the Future has been working with rural communities around the world since 1989. They are helping
people to restore tree cover to the land they live and work on, preserving the environment and traditional livelihoods.
Trees for the Future has helped thousands of communities in Central America, Africa, and Asia to improve their livelihoods and their environment by planting nearly 65 million trees. They calculate that these trees remove over one and a half million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere each year.
What projects is Trees for the Future currently involved with?
There are currently active projects in twenty countries, such as Brazil, Nicaragua, Burkina Faso, India and Kenya.
