Racist politicians play on fear and ignorance to gain power. They use immigrants, asylum seekers, non-whites and anyone who's different from them as scapegoats for the country's economic problems. Those who vote for racists and nazis should be ashamed. But so should those who won't make the effort to vote to stop the racists from gaining power. As Edmund Burke said: "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing". There's only one thing to do with racism - trash it.
